9-week Women's Life Transformation Coaching Program - starting soon!
This immersive 9-week program will help you to release yourself from the grips of codependency. You will learn valuable information as well as intuitive energy healings to help integrate the information into your body.

8/1/26 -Full Moon MIndfulness Retreat,
Join Lynda Strong at the beautiful Cedar Valley Retreat Center for a day of healing, nature and sound.
Lynda Strong is an intuitive Reiki practitioner, a Trauma Recovery Coach and a Sound Healer. She is combining these three modalities to bring you this soothing experience where you will release that which doesn't serve you.
We hold on to so much that isn't ours....and all of this extra baggage can having very real and lasting effects on our minds and bodies. This retreat is perfect for those ready to let go of the things that are holding them back from being truly happy from within.
We will have time to connect and share where you will be able to commiserate with others that are also wanting to chisel a path towards emotional freedom. Lynda will guide you on an energy clearing where you will be able to release patterns, beliefs, attachments and more from your energy.
After we experience a guided energy clearing, we will head outside to bath in nature. The land around Cedar Valley is ripe for going within and we will be soaking in the elements while nature bathing in the beauty.
After soaking in some nature, we will return to the room for a soothing vibrational sound bath. This will deepen the healing experience, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and more focused on the path ahead.
